Welcome to femme poslovanje! Femme poslovanje is a new startup with the intention of building up and empowering women. Firstly I would like to introduce myself. My name is Ružica, in English Rose. Femme poslovanje is situated in Croatia, Europe and I am a native English speaker who was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Since moving to Croatia I have worked for companies and organisations including Ernst & Young, WWF - the World Wildlife Fund, Societe Generale - Splitska banka & Impact Hub Zagreb.

I also completed courses such as Management of non-profits, Human Resource Management and Project Management for projects funded by the EU.
On to our new journey together you will find on the website information regarding services provided including support to non-profits/associations, support for EU financed projects, HR administration, Finance administration, Executive support and English language services. 
My mission is to provide support to women who need virtual assistance for their business so that they have someone who they can rely on for everyday tasks while they focus on building their business or career. I believe in female alliances and that we should support one another so that we grow and develop into the women that we are meant to be and flourish as a team.
